Fitness | What I Eat In A Day.


What I eat in a day: Saturday 27th August 2016.



I always start my day off with either hot lemon water, or a green tea. I prefer my green tea to be flavoured and I get the Tetley's Berry Boost one, it is very yummy.

I also drink from this water bottle here & I refill this about 3-4 times throughout the day.

Breakfast:


2 x Wholemeal & Rye bread, toasted. No butter or spread. 
2 x Poached eggs. 
Crispy smoked bacon (bought in a packet from M&S) 
3 x Cherry tomatoes. 
Mixed seeds. 

Lunch:


Mixed leaves. 
Celery.
Cucumber.
Beetroot.
Cottage cheese with chives.

Dinner/Tea:


Mixed leaves.
Cucumber.
Salmon with chilli.
Rice & Quinoa.
Mixed seeds. 

Snacks:


Strawberries. 
Blueberries.
Banana. 
Bounce energy ball. 
Handful of Almonds.

Long gone are my Saturday night takeaway nights. I can't even remember the last time I had a takeaway! So this is what I ate on Saturday... My eating habits have changed a lot since I began my journey, so enjoy!
