Fitness and healthy eating has become a major part of my life, I work out most days and watch what I eat every single day, that doesn't mean I don't allow myself a treat now and again but I am quite strict with myself. Every weekday morning, I wake up between 5 and 5:30 this is so I can get up to do a work out before my day starts. This makes my days longer, much longer. I don't get home from work until 6pm and this means throughout the day I need to eat foods which give me energy.
